What do I need to qualify for an apartment?
We review income, rental history, and credit/background reports. Contact our leasing office for specific qualification guidelines.
Is renters insurance required?
Renters insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended. It can help protect your personal belongings in case of fire, theft, or other unexpected events. We recommend speaking with an insurance agent for more information about renters' insurance policies.
How soon can I move in after my application is approved?
If your apartment is available, you can move in as soon as your lease is signed and your first payment is made.
Is The Landings at River Market a pet-friendly community?
Yes! Our community welcomes pets and follows all city ordinances regarding breed restrictions. Each apartment may have up to two pets per unit.
Are there fees for having pets?
Yes. A one-time pet fee of $300 is required for the first pet and $150 for the second pet (totaling $450 for two pets). In addition, there is a $25 monthly pet fee per pet.
Is maintenance on-site?
Our maintenance team is onsite during office hours. In the event of an emergency, maintenance is available 24 hours a day.
